We deliver within 3hrs within in Nairobi and within 24hrs to all major towns in Kenya.
Warranty:
We offer a full warranty on all our products. Please refer to the specific warranty details provided with your item for more information on coverage and claims.
Returns:
You may return an item only if it is in the exact same condition as when it left our shop. Returns for items that you do not like or that are faulty must be communicated to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. This can be done via a phone call to 0718548224, 0700 001040, 0700 599405, 0776 230209 or 0743 672866, but must be followed up with a formal email to info@extremesounds.co.ke.
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of any returned items.
Refunds:
If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7 working days and returned to the original source of the funds (e.g., M-Pesa, bank account).
How To Order & Delivery Options
To place an order on our website, simply select your desired item (as long as the price is indicated) and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout and fill in your details. You can specify your delivery preference in the Order Notes field.
Alternatively, you can identify the item you wish to order and click Buy on WhatsApp or call us directly to place your order.
Once your order is placed successfully, you’ll receive an email confirmation and a follow-up call from our sales team to discuss payment and delivery preferences with you.
